As a small, family-owned organization, we prioritize creating a warm and supportive environment for both our residents and staff. Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and flexible Nurses (PRN, 3-11 full-time, 11-7 full-time, Weekend Supervisor to work every weekend 7a-11p, Every weekend cart nurses fulltime 7a-11p) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidates will possess strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care across various shifts. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative setting, supporting residents' health needs while supervising staff during weekend shifts. Duties Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, ensuring safety and comfort. Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to maintain high standards of patient care. Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following proper aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all medical records and documentation. Skills Experience with long-term care settings such as assisted living or nursing homes; familiarity with dementia care and memory support is advantageous. Skilled in medication administration, phlebotomy, catheter care, and sterile processing procedures. Demonstrated supervisory experience in nursing management or team leadership roles. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges; experience in behavioral health or geriatrics is beneficial.
