Permanent Opportunity Job Summary A healthcare facility in South Florida is seeking an experienced RN Manager - Labor & Delivery to oversee the daily operations of the Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery departments. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring quality patient care, staff management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery units Supervise nursing staff and support staff development Ensure high-quality maternal and neonatal patient care Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and patient flow Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Assist with budgeting and department performance goals Requirements Current Florida RN License or Compact RN License Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing BLS Certification required ACLS Certification required NRP Certification required STABLE Certification required Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification required Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery management experience required For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
