Eligibility for benefits may vary by location and is determined by employment status Job Summary Up to $10,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months Full Time Days The Assistant Nurse Manager directs and supervises nursing care functions and activities for the purpose of ensuring the competent delivery of quality patient care. He/she implements, educates and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, standards and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. The Assistant Nurse Manager performs the duties of staff nurse as needed to support the nursing team. Qualifications
EDUCATION
Minimum:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Preferred:
BSN EXPERIENCE
Minimum Four (4) years as a staff nurse. Previous charge nurse experience preferred.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION
Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida BLS, ACLS, Basic EKG, Critical Care Course TNCC within one year. Optional for
TSD PALS ENPC.

TSD CCRN
Preferred for
TICU PCCN
