Requirements:

RN (Registered Nurse) License Bachelor's Degree in Nursing OR Higher 2-years' RN experience in the ICU in an Acute Care setting BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association Preferred experience

• 1 year of Nursing Leadership Preferred certification
• CCRN The Assistant Nurse Manager
• Patient Care Leader
• ICU responsibilities and skills: Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issue Ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
