Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing operations within our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, including outpatient experience, combined with strong leadership skills. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality care. Duties Supervise and manage nursing staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to foster a cohesive team environment. Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medical documentation to ensure accurate and timely records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for diverse patient populations. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards across all nursing activities. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, order entry, and data management to optimize workflow efficiency. Maintain compliance with all healthcare laws and regulations while fostering a patient-centered environment emphasizing compassionate care. Experience Proven supervisory experience in a clinical setting (outpatient preferred) with demonstrated leadership in managing nursing teams. phlebotomy Strong knowledge of medical terminology for systems for documentation purposes. Experience working within EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth is required. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
