Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals on weekends, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations Develop and implement effective patient care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of care and effective communication Conduct staff performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and implement corrective actions as needed Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality patient care, adhering to established policies and proceduresRequirements:
