Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and providing leadership to our nursing staff. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned shift. Ensure compliance with nursing care standards, policies, and procedures. Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and nursing performance. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Serve as a resource for nursing staff and address any clinical or patient care concerns.

Requirements:

Active Florida RN License BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required CPI Certification required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred Bilingual (Spanish & English) Preferred Proven experience as an RN Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sound judgment and critical thinking abilities. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively. Commitment to professional growth and development. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices.
