As a Surgical Services Manager at a large hospital, you will help shape throughput optimization, block utilization, and surgeon satisfaction while guiding a culture of continuous improvement and high reliability. Reporting to a Director of Perioperative Services and collaborating closely with anesthesia, surgeons, and clinical support leaders, the OR Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, acuity-based scheduling, budgets, preference card optimization, implant and supply stewardship, accreditation readiness, and perioperative quality initiatives.
