RN Charge Nurse | Eustis / Mount Dora Freestanding Emergency Department | Full Time Days

Overview Nestled between the two lakes, our UF Health Emergency & Urgent Care Center in Eustis | Mount Dora is dedicated to providing 24/7 exceptional medical care for all injuries and illnesses. With an on-site Lab, Ultrasound, X-ray, and CT imaging, and our team of board-certified emergency medical professionals, patients receive the best possible treatment in one convenient location. Responsibilities Under the direction of the director, utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care. Qualifications Education

• Diploma/Associate's Degree Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Florida Registered Nurse License
• BLS•ACLS•

NIH Stroke Scale Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Strong ER experience in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency department
• Relief Charge and Preceptor experience highly preferred
