Position Overview You will work directly with the provider delivering patient care while also learning: Clinic operations Patient retention Leadership responsibilities Revenue drivers High-level patient experience This role is intentionally designed to develop a future General Manager. Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities Perform blood draws, IM injections, vitals, and patient education Assist provider during patient visits and procedures Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records Deliver a five-star patient experience every visit Patient Experience & Retention Build strong patient relationships Help patients understand treatment plans and ongoing care Follow up on patient needs and missed appointments Support long-term patient retention Operations & Leadership Development Support clinic flow, scheduling, and organization Assist with inventory and supply management Learn clinic systems and operational metrics Gain exposure to leadership and management responsibilities Compensation & Benefits $32

Minimum Requirements Active Florida RN license Minimum 2 years RN experience Comfortable performing blood draws and injections independently Strong communication and patient interaction skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in TRT, hormone therapy, wellness, aesthetics, or cash-pay medicine Experience in concierge-style healthcare EMR experience Leadership or management interest Sales confidence and ability to discuss treatment plans Social media / Instagram experience is a plus Ideal Candidate You are: Positive, confident, and high-energy Naturally great with people Comfortable discussing men's health professionally Team-first and solution-oriented Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for direction Interested in leadership and long-term growth Comfortable wearing multiple hats Clinical skill gets you in the door.
