Space Coast Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Supervisor (LPN/RN) to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing to ensure smooth daily nursing operations in full compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. Lead, guide, and mentor nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of resident care. Monitor staffing levels to ensure safe, effective, and efficient coverage. Conduct regular rounds to observe performance, provide constructive feedback, and communicate findings to leadership. Assist with state surveys and inspections as needed. Support the creation, review, and implementation of individualized resident care and discharge plans. Address and appropriately escalate staff concerns, complaints, or grievances. Welcome and support residents and their families throughout the admission process. Accompany physicians on rounds while ensuring accurate medication administration and treatment delivery. Provide hands-on nursing care and assist with comprehensive resident assessments when necessary. Participate in evaluations and professional development initiatives for LPNs and CNAs.

Qualifications:

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university. Active and unrestricted RN license in Florida. Minimum of 2 years of direct care experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric nursing. At least 1 year of nursing management or supervisory experience. Current CPR certification.
