Responsibilities Evaluate the care environment and implement improvements to ensure quality service, patient flow, comfort, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, Joint Commission, infection control, risk management). Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate patient care delivery to achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes. Foster a safe, high-reliability environment for patients and team members. Qualifications Education & Training:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or related graduate degree preferred

Licensure & Certification:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Additional certifications may be required based on patient population (ACLS, PALS, NALS, TNCC) National leadership certification (ANCC or AONL) required within 2 years of hire

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse in an Neonatal level III or IV setting At least 1 year of leadership experience in a level

III or IV NICU Qualifications:

Education & Training:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or related graduate degree preferred

Licensure & Certification:
