Provides specialized oncology nursing care to patients. Verifies staff credentials and ensures compliance with mandatory requirements. Manages daily activities of clinical and non-clinical staff to optimize patient care and safety. Supervises staff, allocates resources, and liaises with other departments. Develops and adheres to the annual budget and plans capital projects. Interviews, hires, orients, leads, mentors, and evaluates staff performance. Develops, implements, and enforces evidence-based policies, procedures, and standards. Provides clinical perspective for pharmacological and billing decisions. Anticipates emerging trends in cancer care and evaluates their impact. Ensures continuity of care between inpatient and outpatient oncology services. Keeps abreast of new cancer treatments and develops new programs and research opportunities. Ensures compliance with Commission on Cancer standards, including survivorship care and patient navigation. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
