This is an exempt leadership position that includes participation in an on-call rotation .

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee daily clinical operations of the Skilled Unit Lead, coach, and support nursing staff Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary teams Monitor documentation, clinical systems, and care delivery Promote a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:

Current Florida RN License Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience required Prior supervisory or Unit Manager experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills High energy, positive attitude, and team-first mindset Passion for resident-centered care
