RN or LPN Overnight Supervisor

Royal Palm Beach Health and Rehab Center is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in the Village of Royal Palm Beach. We are hiring for an evening nurse supervisor.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Night Supervisor in our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations during overnight hours, ensuring high-quality resident care, and providing leadership and support to nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff during night shift operations Ensure delivery of quality resident care in compliance with state and federal regulations Act as the primary clinical decision-maker during overnight hours Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members as needed Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care and incidents Assist with staffing, scheduling adjustments, and shift assignments Promote a safe, clean, and organized environment

Qualifications:

Active Florida LPN license (required) Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and handle emergencies effectively
