We are seeking an experienced and skilled Unit Manager LPN/RN to join our team at The Palms at Sebring. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of quality care and resident satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.

Provide clinical leadership:

Lead and mentor the interdisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to established protocols and policies.

Coordinate care services:

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination of services.

Monitor and improve outcomes:

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and facility performance.

Maintain regulatory compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

LPN/RN license: Current LPN/RN license in the state of Florida. Minimum of 2 years of experience: 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.

Strong clinical skills:

Demonstrated clinical expertise and ability to provide high-quality patient care.
