Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Stuart Rehab and Healthcare , a skilled nursing facility is now recruiting a RN Supervisors to become part of our management team providing quality care to our residents. This position will require the successfully hired candidate to work at least 40 hours weekly; and a willingness to work every other weekend as part of a rotating schedule.

Shift Available:

(2) Evening Supervisor 3p-11p Weekend Supervisor

• ONLY Rotation weekends

Sat & Sun Job Duties:

• Oversee patient care and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Schedule and assign nursing staff and monitor their activities and follow up on work results.
• Work collaboratively, as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team.
• Dedication to providing quality care to our patients.
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

Requirements:

• Must possess RN license in the State of Florida with at least 2 years nursing AND supervisory experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Perform duties with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Working knowledge health care laws and regulations.
• Highly familiar with HIPAA, Patients Rights and skilled nursing facility policies and procedures.
• CPR/BLS card
• Must be able to pass level II background check and submit valid work references.
