Monitors facility clinical systems to effectively facilitate quality resident care in accordance with laws, regulations and facility guidelines . 2. Successfully delivers basic nursing care to residents under in accordance with care plans as ordered by a physician. 3. Directs and develops RNs, LPNs and CNAs working on the unit to ensure the delivery of high quality care and services in accordance with all laws, regulations and guidelines. 4. Conducts on-going assessments of residents to identify care needs and makes needed revisions to the care plan based on changes in resident condition. 5. Works in conjunction with the ADON and DON.
