What You'll Do (At-a-Glance) Support Clinical Operations Assist with oversight of daily clinical operations and patient care delivery Help ensure compliance with Medicare, AHCA, and agency regulations Support implementation of agency goals, quality initiatives, and performance standards Participate in staffing decisions and personnel assignments Lead & Develop Clinical Staff Provide guidance and support to clinicians in the field Assist with onboarding, training, and staff development Promote accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence Serve as a resource for problem-solving and patient care concerns Drive Quality Outcomes Help maintain the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities Ensure services are delivered safely and effectively according to physician orders and plans of care Support regulatory readiness and compliance efforts What You Bring Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required) 3-5 years of Home Health experience (required) 2+ years of Home Health leadership or supervisory experience (required) Strong knowledge of home health regulations, compliance, and clinical operations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary starting at $88K+ based on experience Additional compensation opportunities for admin on-call responsibilities Quarterly bonus opportunities based on individual and branch performance 3 weeks PTO (increases to 4 weeks after 5 years) Medical, Dental, Vision, and HSA options 401(k) retirement plan Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (per policy) Data plan reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Growth & Support Ongoing leadership development and mentorship Clear opportunities for advancement within a growing organization Supportive leadership team committed to your success Balance of autonomy and collaboration in a leadership role WellSky EMR platform with documentation support tools Ready to Grow Your Leadership Career?
