• Job Description:

• Schedule:

  5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m (four 10 hours shifts pers week)
• Develop and implement service programs by assessing patient needs, setting goals, and outlining interventions to ensure quality nursing and patient care.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health, including medical history, physical exams, and interviews with patients and families.
• Develop individualized care plans by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, performing medical procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to adjust care plans and improve service programs based on data and feedback.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Thorough understanding of hospital policies, procedures, and legal aspects of acute care nursing [Required]
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing [Required]
• Basic computer skills, including experience with an Electronic Health Record [Required]

• Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]

• Work Experience:

• 1+ acute care experience [Required]
• 1+ leadership experience [Preferred]

• Licenses and Certifications:

• + Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) [Preferred] + Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] + Basic Life Support
• CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) [Required] + Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) [Required] + APEX Innovations NIHSS [Required]
