Operating Room Supervisor

Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and performing patient care delivery on assigned nursing units to meet internal standards of nursing care. This position ensures that shift activities are planned and coordinated to maintain high standards of patient care. This role acts as a clinical resource and role model, providing guidance and support to nursing personnel. In addition, this position participates in conducting performance appraisals for personnel on assigned shifts. Other duties as assigned. Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling. Prepares schedules for assigned unit, ensuring coverage for all cases scheduled and add-on cases. Participates in hourly rounding using the Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank You technique (AIDET) to improve patient outcomes. Incorporates Caring Model behaviors and culturally competent care into daily practice.

Pay:

$32.76 - $57.47 per hour
