Golden Bridge Home Care is a growing non-skilled home health agency committed to providing compassionate and quality care for our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Clinical Manager to join our team. This community and office-based role is perfect for an experienced healthcare professional who enjoys both hands-on client care and office management, and is looking for a flexible, part-time position in a supportive work environment.Job Summary:
The Clinical Manager will be responsible for both visiting clients in their homes and working in the office to manage documentation and care coordination. This role requires a balance between conducting initial client visits, ensuring proper documentation, and overseeing the quality of care provided. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in both community and office settings.Responsibilities:
Conduct Initial Client Visits :
Meet with new clients in their homes to assess their needs, complete intake paperwork, and ensure they understand the services offered.Care Coordination :
Communicate with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective care plans.Documentation :
Ensure that all client records are complete, accurate, and compliant with state and federal regulations. Maintain up-to-date files, progress notes, and other required documentation.Quality Assurance :
Review documentation and reports to ensure they meet agency standards for quality and compliance.Office-Based Tasks :
Work in the office to handle administrative duties, including managing client schedules, responding to inquiries, and ensuring all office-based documentation is accurate and timely.Collaboration :
Work closely with the office team to ensure the smooth operation of both community and office activities. Provide support to other administrative tasks as needed.Training and Support :
Provide training to new staff members or caregivers, ensuring they understand company protocols, client needs, and safety practices.Client Advocacy :
Act as a liaison between the client and their family, ensuring they receive the best care and support.Qualifications:
•Education:
An active, valid RN license in Florida is required. •Experience :
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home health care or a related field, with prior experience in clinical, supervisory or care coordination roles is preferred. •Strong Communication Skills :
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, families, and staff. •Organizational Skills :
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records. •Tech-Savvy :
Comfortable with using electronic health records (EHR) systems, and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office). •Compassionate and Detail-Oriented :
A passion for working with people and a keen attention to detail are essential. •Bilingual:
