We are looking for compassionate caregivers to help our residents live their lives to the fullest. WEEKEND SUPERVISOR SAT-16 HRS, SUN-16 HRS
to join our team of caregivers. Why choose us? Baylor Program Available License renewal paid by company Paid Time Off for full-time staff Benefits package for full-time staff including Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, and other options to choose from What you bring to our team: Active Florida RN/LPN license Current/active CPR certification preferred Effective verbal and written English communication skills Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure Problem solving skills Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change Ability to work the cart and supervise. As the Weekend Supervisor, you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to: Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment. Ensures completion of assessments of residents at admission, discharge. and as necessary and required. Supervise nursing staff on assigned unit(s). Make round to monitor resident care and status of residents. Provide oversight and guidance regarding the implementation of the plan of care for residents in compliance with physician's orders. Obtain clinical guidance from the Director of Nursing/designated RN as appropriate related to resident care. Ensure nursing policies and procedures are implemented and followed, educating nursing support staff as necessary and according to facility guidelines •Other duties as assigned Regents Park of Winter Park, a division of Lilac Health Group, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
