Clinical Manager (RN/LPN) at Spring Harbor at Green Island Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a heart for seniors? Spring Harbor at Green Island is searching for an exceptional Clinical Manager to lead our Memory Care programs. We are a vibrant community committed to providing enriching experiences and personalized care for our residents. In this leadership position, you will be instrumental in: Ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and enhancing the overall quality of life for our cherished residents. Developing and implementing individualized care plans and assessments . Closely monitoring medication regimens and upholding rigorous safety protocols. Providing leadership and mentorship to our dedicated care team . Building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, offering education and support within the Spring Harbor community. Maintaining full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A strong clinical background. A genuine passion for working with seniors. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in long-term care and/or assisted living is highly preferred.
