670 Enterprise Drive Suite C Lewis Center, OH 43035 RN - Regional Director of Clinical Operations CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include: Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care. Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training. Train new nursing management. Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys Aid in the Plan of Correction process The successful candidate for the Regional Director of Clinical Operations position will enjoy a competitive salary, based on experience, PTO plans, and a menu of benefit options from life and disability plans to medical, dental, and vision coverage from quality benefit carriers. Current RN license, BSN preferred, in the State of Ohio At least 3 - 5 years experience in Long Term Care and Nursing Consulting Previous DON experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis Ability to travel throughout region Must maintain current CPR certification Qualified Nurses, please submit your resume for confidential consideration.
