Their board-certified team provides personalized treatment plans and minimally invasive procedures designed to reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life. The Opportunity The Charge Nurse directs patient care during designated shifts and works closely with related departments to ensure patient care needs are addressed efficiently and effectively. This role combines clinical patient care, staff coordination, and operational oversight to ensure patients receive high-quality care in a safe and organized clinical environment. What You'll Do Patient Care & Clinical Support Assist staff nurses in evaluating and assessing patient needs and providing direct patient care. Order medications as prescribed. Make patient rounds and identify problems that require follow-up. Patient Coordination & Workflow Manage scheduling of patient appointments. Receive shift reports on all patients and identify special patient care needs. Adjust patient assignments to meet patient care needs. Team Coordination & Communication Participate in staff conferences. Work with related departments to ensure patient care issues are addressed during the shift. Staffing & Administrative Support Make nursing assignments for the following day. Perform other related duties as assigned.
