Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse

We are seeking a Day and Night Shift LPN Charge Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned residents. We are seeking a 12 Hour Full Time Day Shift and Night Shift Nurse. Hours are from 7:00AM-7:00PM, 7:00PM-7:00AM, rotating schedule. • Shift Differentials for nights and weekends!• ​

Responsibilities:

Complies with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care in the execution of assigned duties. Collaborate with MD, NP, and other facility staff to provide patient care Administers and records medications following physician orders. Provides emotional support to our residents and their families. Coordinates with facility leadership to provide excellent quality care to our residents. ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required. Must have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Georgia State Nursing Board. Familiarity with medical tools and equipment Ability to build rapport with residents and their families. Compassionate and caring demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
