What You're Walking Into 34 beds across L&D, OB, and Triage Oversight of approximately 55 FTEs Direct partnership with a supportive Director of Women's Services Executive visibility within a 150-bed hospital You will help shape staffing strategy, quality outcomes, and team standards.
