RN Supervisor Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation is currently seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our skilled nursing team. Weekly Pay Job Summary The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during the assigned shift, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff management in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment . This role requires strong leadership, clinical judgment, and the ability to manage daily operations while supporting nursing staff and residents. Key Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff and ensure adequate staffing levels during the shift Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards of care Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs Monitor resident care, address clinical concerns, and ensure timely interventions Assist with admissions, discharges, and change-of-condition assessments Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Handle resident or family concerns and escalate issues as appropriate Participate in staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations Promote a compassionate, resident-centered care environment Qualifications & Requirements Active Georgia RN license in good standing Previous nursing home / SNF / long-term care experience required Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment Why Join Park Place?
