Full Job Description Overview Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee clinical and personal care services in accordance with Georgia Private Home Care Provider (PHCP) regulations. The RN Supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality of care, staff competency, compliance with state regulations, and proper implementation of client service plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and reassessments Develop, review, and update individualized service plans (as applicable) Provide clinical oversight of Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), CNAs, and other direct care staff Perform supervisory visits in clients' homes in accordance with PHCP requirements Train and orient staff on client-specific care needs and agency policies Ensure staff are working within scope of practice and compliant with GA regulations Monitor service delivery for quality assurance and compliance Review documentation, service notes, and ensure accuracy and timeliness Report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition appropriately Participate in performance evaluations and corrective action when needed Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards.

Compensation:

This is a PRN, per-visit position.

Compensation is structured as follows:

$60 per supervisory visit $100 per initial assessment $80 per reassessment Mileage/travel is [included in rate / reimbursed based on distance].

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience (home care preferred) Experience supervising direct care staff (PCA/CNA) preferred Knowledge of Georgia PHCP regulations (Rule 111-8-65) is a plus Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/staff

Requirements:

Valid CPR Certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Successful background check (GCHEXS/GAPS compliant) Ability to travel to client homes for supervisory visits

Work Environment:

Field-based position (client homes) with some administrative duties Flexible scheduling depending on client
