Job Description

RN Supervisor, Night Shift- Skilled Nursing Facility 7p-7p with Every other weekend! We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team at our skilled nursing facility.
Position Overview:
The RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care during weekend shifts. This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising nursing staff and ensuring proper staffing and workflow Providing clinical oversight and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Ensuring compliance with facility policies, regulations, and standards of care Assessing residents' conditions and responding to clinical issues as they arise Communicating effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Leading with professionalism, accountability, and compassion
Qualifications:
Active RN license (state-specific) Prior nursing home or skilled nursing experience required Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Proven leadership and management abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Reliable, organized, and able to handle high-acuity situations
