Job Description:

Clinical Care & Assessments Complete Start of Care, Admissions, Recertifications, Resumption of Care, Transfers, and Routine Visits Perform thorough clinical assessments, including significant changes in patient condition Accurately document patient status using OASIS and clinical documentation standards Monitor and record vital signs and overall patient progress Case Management & Coordination Coordinate patient care services and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Develop and adjust care plans to meet patient goals Ensure compliance with infection control precautions and safety standards Specialized Nursing Skills Wound care, including pressure ulcer prevention, staging, and management Wound VAC therapy management Medication and pain assessment/management, including use of appropriate pain scales Catheter care: urinary and suprapubic insertion and management Drain management IV therapy & central line/port care Phlebotomy services Kahu Malama Nurses is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
