Your Role as Evening RN Lead and oversee resident care delivery during evening and overnight hours. Develop and manage individualized care plans . Administer medications and manage chronic conditions . Perform clinical assessments and ensure accurate documentation. Communicate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members . Respond to changes in condition and handle urgent or emergent situations . Create a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residents and staff. What You Bring Active Minnesota RN license in good standing. Experience in geriatrics, assisted living, long-term care, or clinical nursing preferred. Confidence in clinical decision-making and leadership . Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Passion for senior care and relationship-based care models .
