This role is responsible for fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous professional development through a fair, evidence-based peer review framework. The RN Peer Review Coordinator partners closely with Nursing Leadership, Quality, Risk Management, and frontline staff to ensure professional practice standards are upheld and continuously improved.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Experience:
3 years' experience with Emergency Dept. Previous med/surg experience desired
Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN Licensure in the State of Practice One to Two days/ week onsite/One to Two days/per week remote
