Assistant Nurse Manager - Med/Surg

4/10's or 5/8's - hours are flexible but we do require early and late night shifts to meet the needs of our night shift employees

Direct Reports:

Approximately 30 Oversees daily unit operations, including staffing, patient care quality, safety metrics, and compliance with policies and evidence-based practices. Leads and develops staff through coaching, performance management, and engagement, while supporting patient satisfaction and continuous improvement efforts.

Bachelors of Science in

Nursing Experience:

3 years nursing experience

Licenses/Certifications:

Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
