Job Description

As a non-profit hospital, we reinvest in our people, technology, and services to improve patient outcomes and advance health equity.•Position Summary The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Cardiopulmonary Unit supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily clinical and operational functions of the unit. This role provides leadership in delivering safe, high-quality patient care to individuals with cardiac and pulmonary conditions, while promoting staff engagement, professional development, and a culture of continuous improvement. The ANM serves as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource for nursing staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science in Nursing •Experience:
3 years nursing experience •Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
