Compensation- $100,000 annually The Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day administration of assigned clinic or clinics.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Below are the roles and responsibilities that the practice administrator is expected to fulfill:- Assist with routine HR tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, 401k.
- Manage day-to-day operations in the front office.
- Interface with building property manager to reserve conference rooms or addresses issues in the suite.
- Ensure faxes and phone calls are being answered in a timely manner.
- Handle general accounts payable tasks in coordination with accounting.
- Assist providers in obtaining supplies and other necessary resources that are needed in the field.
- Assist with claims clarification issues.
- Act as the primary SuperUser for all current Electronic Medical Records in use
- Assist with data compilation and analytics.
- Manage supplies, including orders from Mckesson and Amazon
- Oversee daily clinical operations, patient care services, and staff management.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- LPN or RN required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- At least two years' professional experience in the healthcare field
- Knowledge and skills related to managing day to day operations for an organization.
- Ability to communicate proficiently through technology and maintain accurate notes and records.
- Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with others.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information.
- Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
