Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership:
Supervise nursing staff, oversee medication administration, and ensure the execution of high-standard patient care.
Care Management:
Conduct regular unit rounds to monitor patient safety, assess evolving needs, and implement individualized treatment plans.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage recovery processes and patient transitions.
Compliance & Education:
Ensure all activities meet local, state, and federal guidelines. Provide essential health education to staff, residents, and families.
Operations:
Manage unit resources, conduct performance coaching, and resolve unit-level concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications Leadership Skills:
Ability to work autonomously while fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and standard office software.
Experience:
Prior leadership and long-term care experience is preferred.
Licensure:
Must hold an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois. Will consider Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with relative experience. Complete Care at Boulevard is an equal opportunity employer.
