- , you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare unit, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent patient care
- Developing and implementing effective care plans, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and physicians
- Conducting daily rounds, assessing resident needs, and addressing concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
- Coordinating and participating in quality improvement initiatives, addressing resident concerns, and promoting a culture of excellence
- Maintaining accurate records, documenting resident care, and preparing reports as necessary
- Collaborating with other departments, such as social services, dietary, and activities, to ensure a holistic approach to resident care
- Requirements
- Current registration with the State of Illinois as a
- Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably as a unit manager or in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
