East St. Louis, IL Must-Haves 2-5+ years of management experience in Home Health Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific) Strong experience with OASIS and QAPI programs Solid Medicare (Adult) background Proven leadership, staff management, and team-building skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Overview We are seeking a strong, hands-on RN / Clinical Director to lead clinical operations for a growing Home Health agency. This role is responsible for overseeing all clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high-quality patient care in the home setting. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight of all patient care services Ensure full compliance with federal and state home health regulations (Conditions of Participation) Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management Lead and monitor the QAPI program , implementing corrective actions as needed Oversee timely and quality-driven patient care delivery Collaborate with Intake/Authorization teams to ensure efficiency and deadlines are met Maintain readiness for licensure surveys and audits Identify operational gaps and report insights to the Administrator Promote infection control standards and best practices Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and organizational performance Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN); BSN preferred Strong clinical background in home health Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage change effectively Experience developing staff and fostering a high-performance culture Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Professional presence with strong interpersonal communication Compensation Competitive base salary aligned with experience and scope of responsibilities.
