What You'll Lead As Clinical Director, you will oversee all clinical operations and set the standard for excellence in resident care and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and mentoring the clinical team to deliver exceptional resident care Ensuring accurate assessments, appropriate admissions, and ongoing care planning Partnering with residents, families, physicians, and community leadership to drive positive outcomes Overseeing medication management, documentation, and regulatory compliance Monitoring resident conditions and proactively responding to changes Reviewing incidents, identifying trends, and implementing preventative solutions Building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members Serving as a key member of the community leadership team, helping drive overall success This role blends clinical expertise, operational oversight, and team development — ideal for a leader who wants both impact and influence.

Qualifications :

Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment Minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or senior living Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills Experience with dementia care preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to lead, mentor, and develop care staff Strong organizational and critical thinking skill CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Experience with electronic health records preferred
