Evening shift l Full-time Salary range: $98,549.85 - $133,332.15 per year Oversee daily operations of the Level III Labor and Delivery department, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to maintain proficiency and meet departmental goals. Collaborate with department leadership to enhance processes, implement quality improvement initiatives, and address patient care needs effectively. Manage staffing schedules, patient access, and ensure smooth workflow through delegation and ongoing monitoring of operational tasks.

Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
