RN Nursing Director Skilled Nursing | Clinical Operations Lead

Macomb Post Acute Care Center is hiring a nursing leader to oversee clinical operations and guide day-to-day care delivery within our skilled nursing facility. This position focuses on team leadership, regulatory oversight, and maintaining consistent clinical performance across the building. This is an opportunity for an experienced RN who is comfortable managing clinical systems, supporting nursing staff, and driving quality outcomes in a post-acute care environment. CompensationIncentives $100,000 - $120,000 annually Compensation is based on experience and facility census. Eligible for annual survey bonus up to $7,500.
