Job Description

The RN or LPN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring person-centered, individualized resident care in accordance with community policies and procedures. Key duties include assisting the Director of Nursing with staffing decisions, organizing and implementing nursing services, supervising staff performance, maintaining compliance with sanitary and regulatory standards, and fostering a supportive environment for residents. The role also involves managing the nursing schedule, conducting staff interviews, training, performance appraisals, addressing grievances, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, all aimed at promoting high-quality care and a positive work environment. Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements:
