The Supervisor Nursing Ambulatory position is for East Family Medicine. This position provides direct supervision to all clinical employees. This includes but is not limited to efficient patient flow, customer service, staff scheduling, and operational excellence. This position is responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes the safety and well-being of all patients and staff. The Supervisor promotes a positive work environment to enhance employee and patient satisfaction. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should demonstrate abilities to independently manage, lead, and train clinical staff. Applicants should be able to function in all phases of patient care as needed to maintain clinical skills and serve as a role model. 2 (two) year / Associate Degree Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). 1 (one) or more years of experience in a related field is required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Strong oral communication, persuasive, and conflict management skills. High degree of responsibility, confidentiality, and discretion. Why Community?
