Job Overview:
Responsibilities for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital environment unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff performance, regulatory compliance and efficient workflow management. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with administrative and personnel management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
supervise and support nursing staff
  • hiring, scheduling, training and performance evaluations.
ensure safe and effective patient centered care delivery coordinate patient flow, admissions, discharge and staffing levels collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and hospital leadership monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, policies and accreditation standards manage budgets, supplies and resource allocation address patient concerns and promote patient and staff satisfaction lead quality improvement and safety programs mentor and develop nursing staff and charge nurses
Required Certifications/Licenses/Experience:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state

Certifications/Licenses/Experience:
Five years hospital clinical nursing experience recommended One year of nursing management experience preferred Demonstrates leadership, creativity, and management skills
