Clinical Nurse Manager A Rosie Place for Children - South Bend, IN A Rosie Place for Children is seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join our warm, mission‑driven team. We are Indiana's only specialty hospital dedicated exclusively to medically fragile children, and our environment feels more like a family than a facility. In this leadership role, you'll support and develop our nursing and support staff, help maintain exceptional care standards, and contribute to a joyful, collaborative workplace. If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference for children and families, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high‑quality, safe care Support and mentor clinical staff alongside the Director of Nursing Coordinate patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate clinical documentation Assist with staff training, development, and performance feedback What You Bring Current RN license (Indiana) At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience CPR certification required; PALS preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to lift 35+ lbs and perform all aspects of patient care Commitment to our core values: Excellence, Integrity, Accountability, Empathy, Innovation Join us in creating a place where medically fragile children experience joy, comfort, and new possibilities — and where families receive the gift of time.
