• What You'll Do
• + Leading and supporting a team of field clinicians + Coordinating and overseeing patient care plans + Coaching and developing nurses and clinical staff + Ensuring quality care and compliance with clinical standards + Partnering with leadership to support continued growth in the community
• What You'll Bring
• + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license + Home health and clinical experience + Experience with home health clinical documentation, including OASIS and electronic medical record systems (Homecare Homebase, etc.

) + Interest in developing leadership and management skills + Strong communication and collaboration abilities + Reliable transportation and local travel + Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
