Confidential Position Description Our client is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Nurse Manager to lead and develop their 75-bed medical-surgical nursing unit. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of their nursing department during a period of significant growth and clinical expansion. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, proven leadership acumen, and a genuine passion for nursing staff development and mentorship.
