Job Description

Job description HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and support patient care on our nursing unit. In this role, you will coordinate daily clinical operations, serve as a resource to bedside nurses, and ensure adherence to evidence‑based practice and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include overseeing patient flow, assisting with complex clinical cases, coaching and mentoring staff, supporting quality and safety initiatives, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You'll help drive patient‑centered care while promoting a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning.
